SHIPPING AND RETURNS

All orders will be processed, packaged and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible from Montreal Canada.

We aim to process your orders within 1 – 2 business days upon receipt of payment. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Once processed we’ll send you a notification email that your order has shipped and with tracking information provided.

SHIPPING METHOD:

We ship mostly by Canada Post & UPS. The weight and dimension of the parcel determines the type of service we use for shipping.

United States

International Orders

We are happy to ship everywhere outside Canada and Unites States. Apriome is not responsible for any customs fee or any charged that are incurred from the customs or Duties. SHIPPING TIME

We ship to Canada, the United States, Europe and to most countries of the world. Thank you to kindly ensure that your shipping address is correct and entered properly at the time of order. We ship to the address you provide at checkout. We will not refund the lost packages because of incorrect shipping addresses on your part.

Please see below the estimated delivery time:

Canada wide delivery: 1 to 7 business days

United States wide delivery: 3 to 9 business days

International orders: 6 to 10 business days without tracking. By cons, the most economical shipping options to international destinations can take up to 4-6 weeks.

We are not responsible for packages delayed, lost and damaged due to the shipping carrier, weather conditions and etc. You must contact shipping carrier and file the claim with tracking information.

 

CANCELLATION OR CHANGE?

Please review your order carefully before finalize the payment. If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us info@apriome.com within 24 hours of purchase.

 

RETURN

 

Please note that there are no returns or refund if you use free shipping, only store credit is available. There are also no returns or refund for sale items.

For returns, Please contact info@apriome.com to get an authorized number within 3 days of delivery and ship back to us within 7 days of delivery. The item needs to be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Apriome will not accept any returns delivered to us without getting an authorized number from Apriome.

Apriome do not offer return labels, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs, plus any duties and/or taxes that may be incurred upon return shipping. We do not accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase.  An email modification will be sent once the return is completed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
